    Good Book

Posted by Bryant Cummings on Feb 20th 2025

That was a really good book. I hope it receives the recognition it deserves. I grew up an introvert but learned that being an extravert I received more attention. It took a lot of forcing myself to speak up and put myself out there, which was not easy. I believe I ended up as an ambivert. Although, my very introverted friends tell me that I'm an extrovert. I've realized that perspective plays a large part. Being an ambivert has led me to be versatile in making friends with both extroverts and introverts. However, my comfort level is still introvert.

Also, I liked the research stated especially about the increased blood flow to certain parts of the brain. Genetics do play a large part. Having a Mom that is an extrovert and a Dad who was an introvert made for an interesting upbringing
