This is a book developed from a report on innovation submitted to the Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP). It is a collection of creative insights from 17 Extension leaders and innovations from 12 land grant universities about 1. Innovation in leadership, 2. Innovation in learner engagement, 3. Positive change in Extension culture, and 4. Innovation in Extension hiring practices. The purpose of this book was to explore innovation, what it means to Extension, and how we can apply innovation in Extension.
